ACCOMMODATION AND PRICES

The hotel has 139 rooms and apartments, two underground parking lots, and outdoor parking spaces - totaling about 150 cars, and parking for about 5-6 buses.

Тhe hotel has charging station for electric cars.

Please choose arrival, departure dates and number of guests in order to see rooms availability and prices.

If you wish to use the room until 18:00 o`clock., you need to inform Reception about the possibility of extending your stay by paying an additional 50% of the price of the night's stay.

In case you vacate the room after 18:00, you will be charged for the whole night.

Unconfirmed and unsecured bookings are held until 14:00 on the day of arrival.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Prices are per room per day and include:
- overnight stay
- breakfast
- outdoor and indoor parking
- internet access
- use of outdoor pool with umbrellas and sunbeds
- tourist tax and VAT

* WEEKENDS are sold with a restriction of  nights, if there is an opportunity for one night it is sold at the "high season" price

Reservations including weekends or public holidays are prepaid in full.

Reservations for weekdays are prepaid 50% of the cost of accommodation, but not less than the first night. A child up to 3 years stays free of charge if it is one, without providing an extra bed.

• A child between 3 and 12 years old pays 15 EUR/ BGN 29.34 extra per night on a "bed and breakfast" basis without providing an extra bed.
• The supplement for an extra bed for a child is  23 EUR /BGN 44.98 per night, on a "bed and breakfast" basis when placing a child .
• In a regular bed, the additional payment is 75% of the package if two full-paying guests are already accommodated.
• When accommodating a third adult on a regular bed, the additional payment is 100% of the package if two full-paying guests are already accommodated.
